Meet Rachel K. Allen

Dr. Allen was born and raised in Cache Valley Utah, spending most of her growing up years in Hyde Park, Utah. She attended Utah State University where she received both her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communicative Disorders and Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) Degree. Dr. Allen has had the opportunity to practice Audiology in Utah, Florida, Indiana, and now Washington. Her work experience settings include private practice, ENT, educational, and hospital settings and range from newborn and pediatric diagnostics to adult and geriatric assessments. She has had experience and training in a wide range of audiology practices including electrophysiological measurements, cochlear implant programming, vestibular assessments, and hearing aid selection and fitting. She takes a particular interest in working with pediatric patients.

Dr. Allen moved to the Tri-Cities in 2017. She is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and is a licensed Audiologist in Washington.

In her spare time, Dr. Allen enjoys reading, hiking, and camping. She especially enjoys doing these things with her husband and two children.
